This volume records coupons submitted for payment or cancellation under an act passed by the General Assembly on March 30, 1871, and amended on March 7, 1872. These coupons were from peeler bonds payable to bearer and were issued in two denominations: $100 (nos. 1-5300) and $1000 (nos. 1-3800).
